Greetings in the name of Jesus!

Jesus makes us lie down in green pastures to drink from still waters. Not from rapids or dangerous streams, but from a quiet pool. Our Good Shepherd leads us back to remember the quiet waters of our Baptism, to the springs of living water – water with His Word – where He washed away our sin. But we also get to drink, repeatedly, from His Word quenching our thirst souls and calming our racing heart, as we hear Him say: Peace to you! Let not your hearts be troubled! Believe in God; believe also in me!
